Back story: Orphaned at birth and adopted by a wealthy couple, she grew up well off but never truly loved.
History: Given up at birth, she never got a chance to know her real parents. She was adopted at the age of two by a wealthy couple who was having trouble conceiving. About two years later her adoptive mother was pregnant with a boy. Over come with joy they made preparations for their child setting aside Eveleyn in favor of the new baby. Once the baby boy came, they started sending Eveleyn in and out of boarding schools. At the age of twelve she asked her adoptive parents if she could stay home and go to a public school. As she came home she was greeted by the maids that had taken care of her up until her parents started to put her in boarding schools. The maids warned her not to get close to her little brother, but she ignored their comments and suggestions and went to meet her brother for the first time. He looked down on her and treated her like he would any other servant, by ordering her around to do his bidding. At the age of fifteen she had had enough and was grateful she had been in boarding schools up until then. She asked her parents to send her to another boarding school. They agreed halfheartedly and sent her away, but this time it was with her will.
